Introduction
Dreamey Hub (the “App,” published as Dreamey-Hub on Google Play and related store listings) is operated by us (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The App is a hub that gives you access to several games and features in one install, including for example Dreamey Ludo, Dreamey Cards, Dreamey Run, Dreamey 2048, and other content labeled in the App (including items marked “Coming soon” where applicable).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with it, do not access or use the App.
This policy describes the App as we publish it. It is not legal advice. For how the law applies to you, consult a qualified professional.
Virtual items only (no real money): Coins, Dreamey diamonds, scores, and similar values in the App are fictional in‑game points or cosmetics currency only. They are not real money, have no cash value, are not a bank balance or e‑money, and do not represent wages, income, profit, gambling winnings, or any real‑world earning from us. Nothing in this Privacy Policy should be read as offering paid employment, investment returns, cash prizes, or currency you can cash out. (If a separate product or promotion exists outside this App, it would be governed by its own terms.)
Chat, voice and video calls, and photos in chat: We do not collect, store, or retain on our servers your text chat messages, photos you send in chat, profile images shown to other players in those features, or the audio or video from voice or video calls. That content is shared only between players when you use those features and is not saved by us. We may process technical information (such as account identifiers and session data) needed to connect players, run matches, and operate online play—not the content of your conversations or calls.
Scope (App Store and Google Play)
This Privacy Policy applies to Dreamey Hub distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Short data summaries in the stores (for example Apple’s App Privacy labels or Google Play’s Data safety section) are overviews; this document is our complete privacy policy for this product.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
- Account information: If you create an account, we may collect your username, email address, password (stored using industry-standard security on our servers), first name, last name, and related profile fields you choose to provide.
- Referral information: If you use a referral code, we may process that code to apply in‑app bonuses or attribution linked to your account (for example extra virtual coins in the game—not cash or real‑world payments from us).
- Game and hub data: We collect information about your gameplay and hub usage, including scores, virtual coins, virtual Dreamey diamonds (shared play currency across supported games where enabled), total games played, wins, achievements, challenges progress, playtime where tracked, store or cosmetic choices, and game or hub preferences.
- Account and display information: We may store information you add to your account for sign-in and gameplay, such as display name and related profile fields where those are saved for your account. We do not store on our servers the content of chat messages, images sent in chat, profile pictures used in chat or calls, or audio/video from calls, as described in the introduction.
- Guest mode: You may use parts of the App as a guest without creating an account. In guest mode, we collect minimal information such as a guest identifier or nickname for gameplay and local storage on your device; guest sessions may not persist the same way as a full account across reinstalls or devices.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: We may collect information about your device, including device model, operating system version, identifiers the platform or SDKs expose for advertising or diagnostics, and network information.
- Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, time spent in the App, game sessions, and ad interactions where applicable.
- Location information: With your permission, the App may use approximate device location (for example to infer country for display such as a flag, optional matchmaking or fairness features, or profile fields). You can disable location in your device settings. Core offline play may work without location; some online, social, or anti‑abuse features may be limited without it. Depending on the screen you use, country may be stored on the device and, where the App implements it, synced to your account on our servers (for example profile country fields).
- Log and technical data: We collect log and diagnostic information when you use the App, which may include IP address, access times, error reports, and similar technical data.
- Fraud and abuse prevention: For security and fair play, we may process IP address and, where you grant location permission, location-related signals (for example comparing regions) to help detect VPNs, suspicious activity, or abuse in online modes on platforms where those checks are enabled.
- Presence, lobby, and matchmaking: When you use online features, we may process your online status, lobby or matchmaking state, play requests, heartbeats, and related metadata on our servers so other players can find matches, rooms, and invites work, and so we can operate the service.
- Live multiplayer signaling: Online play may use our servers for signaling (for example to help devices find each other and exchange connection information). Game state and coordination messages may pass through our infrastructure as needed for the feature; chat and call content are treated as described in the introduction.
Online multiplayer, chat, voice and video
- Matches and online play: We use our servers and APIs (including, where applicable, WebRTC or similar real‑time technologies) so players can connect, exchange invites, join rooms, and keep game state in sync. We may process your account identifier, session identifiers, room identifiers, and technical data needed to run these features.
- What we do not collect or store: We do not receive, log, or keep on our systems the content of text chat, photos sent in chat, profile pictures shown in chat or calls, voice call audio, or video from calls.
- Other players: When you use chat or calls, other participants may see messages or media you send, or hear your voice or video, for as long as those features are active—like other multiplayer apps. We do not keep a copy of that content on our servers.
- Microphone, camera, and photo library: The App uses the microphone and/or camera only when you use a feature that needs them (for example voice or video calls, or choosing a photo), and uses the photo library when you pick an image. Access follows the permission prompts shown by iOS or Android and your choices in system Settings.
Information from Third-Party Services (including advertising)
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We use AdMob to display advertisements (for example banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads). AdMob may collect device and usage-related data to show and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Ad mediation (Unity Ads): Ads may be filled through Google Mobile Ads mediation, which can include Unity Ads. Those networks may collect and use data under their own policies. See Unity Ads / Unity privacy information.
- Consent (EEA, UK, and similar regions): Where required, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent for personalized advertising and related processing. You can revisit choices via the consent flow or, where available, in‑App Settings options related to privacy or ads.
- App Tracking Transparency (iOS): On supported iOS versions, you may see Apple’s ATT prompt related to tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. You can change this later in iOS Settings.
- Ads Manager SDK: We use an advertising management SDK (including our team’s integration) that may log ad-related events and sync certain ad event or engagement data with our backend for measurement, fraud prevention, limits (for example daily caps), and improvement of the ad experience.
- Google Play Services (Android): May be used for device and Play-related functionality. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Hub wallet, virtual coins, and virtual diamonds (shared across games)
For signed‑in users, the App may keep a single shared in‑game tally of virtual coins and virtual Dreamey diamonds in local storage on your device (for example using Hive and SharedPreferences) and synchronize those play‑only numbers with our backend so your progress can follow your account (for example after sign‑in, sign‑out, or periodic sync steps). This is game data, not a financial account. Exact timing can depend on which screen you open and whether you use a guest or full account. Guests typically keep tallies on the device only, not on our account servers in the same way.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App, the hub, and each included game or feature
- Authenticate you, manage your account, and process referrals where applicable
- Process game progress, scores, achievements, shared virtual coins and virtual diamonds, stats, and related data; synchronize logged‑in play tallies with our servers as implemented in the current version of the App
- Operate multiplayer, matchmaking, lobbies, rooms, deep links, and related online features (without storing chat or call content on our servers)
- Help connect players so optional chat, voice and video calls, and sharing images can work when you choose to use them
- Personalize your experience where appropriate
- Show and measure advertisements, including through AdMob and mediated networks where permitted
- Enforce minimum app version rules and show update prompts when we configure them (which may involve reading your installed app version and, where implemented, a public configuration from our servers)
- Send local notifications (for example challenge reminders) where you allow them; scheduling may use platform capabilities such as exact alarms on Android where declared
- Send technical notices, updates, and support-related communications where appropriate
- Monitor trends, usage, and activities; detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
Data Storage and Security
- Local storage: Information such as preferences, hub virtual coins and virtual diamonds, challenges progress, ad‑related counters, and authentication tokens may be stored on your device (for example using Hive and SharedPreferences). Android: our release configuration sets
allowBackup="false" for this application entry, which is intended to discourage the platform’s full‑app cloud backup of this App’s private data; your device manufacturer or system behavior may still affect what is restored after certain operations.
- Server storage: Account data, synchronized in‑game tally fields (virtual coins/diamonds and similar stats only), presence and matchmaking‑related data, ad event data we receive, referral or program metadata where used, and related records may be stored on secure servers operated by us or our hosting providers (for example cloud infrastructure). Chat messages, chat images, profile pictures from chat/calls, and audio or video from calls are not stored on our servers as described above.
- Security: We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Sharing Your Information
We may share information:
- With service providers who assist us with hosting, advertising, communications, or security, subject to contractual protections where appropriate
- With ad partners as described above when ads are served or measured
- With other players as needed for multiplayer (for example display names and session-related data). We do not store chat messages, chat images, profile images from those features, or call audio/video on our servers; other players only receive what you send while using those features, as described above.
- For business transfers (for example merger or asset sale), where permitted by law
- For legal reasons when required by law or valid governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- With your consent or at your direction
Device permissions (iOS and Android)
Apple and Google require apps to explain access to sensitive capabilities. The App may request camera, microphone, photo library, location, notifications, exact alarm (Android, where used for reminders), and related permissions. Your device shows why each permission is requested at the time of use. You can review or change permissions anytime in Settings on your iPhone or iPad, or in Android Settings for your device. Denying a permission may limit some features.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party SDKs and services that may collect information. Non-exhaustive examples include Google (AdMob, Play Services), Unity, and our ads management integration. We encourage you to read their privacy policies using the links above and in their products.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may:
- Use in‑App account or settings features (including account deletion where offered in the App)
- Adjust location, camera, microphone, notifications, and tracking permissions in your device settings
- Use UMP and ATT controls as described above for advertising-related choices

If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our servers or providers are located. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the Last Updated date. Please review it periodically.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business and legal purposes (for example security, disputes, and compliance). When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal information as required by law and our retention practices, except where we must keep certain records.
Your Consent
By using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where regional law requires separate consent (for example for certain advertising processing), we will present the appropriate consent mechanisms (such as UMP).
